محمصةٌ متخصصة، تُوِّج صاحبها بالمركز الأول على الإمارات في بطولة القهوة العربية لعام ٢٠٢٥ لفئة درجة التحميص المتوسطة/الغامقة.
سَبقَ ذلك مشاركتهُ في تحكيم العديد من بطولات القهوة، والدورات المتخصصة في المجال.
بدأ بشغفٍ منذ ٢٠١٦، ثمّ حملَ على عاتقهِ ما حمل، توسّع في ٢٠٢٠ ليحترف التحميص، ليُصيبَ ويُخطئ، فما أصابَ فَمِنَ الله، وما أخطأ فمن نفسهِ والشيطان.

A kite doesn't simply fly.
Behind it — science, balance, and the care
of the person who built it.
The same is true for coffee. A bag looks simple. What went into it isn't — tasting, roasting, profiling, packing. Most of that work is invisible by the time it reaches you.
Kite started in a small workshop at the corner of a family house in Sharjah. It still is. Every Friday the roaster runs. Every Saturday the bags leave.
In 2025, Kite's founder took first place in the UAE at the Arabian Coffee Championships — roasting category, medium to dark. Before that, years of judging competitions and specialised training. It started as a passion in 2016. By 2020 it became the work.
Every coffee gets its own roast profile — what a washed Ethiopian needs and what a natural Brazilian needs are two different things, and we treat them that way. Every bag ships with the exact brew parameters for what's inside.
